Cancellation Policy

1. For regular products, cancellations can be made until the product is packaged and shipped. Please contact us by email. Please note that even if you have not received a shipping notification, the shipping process may already be underway. In such cases, cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. For pre-order and made-to-order products, cancellations can be made until production begins. If you have not received a notification of production start, but the order has already been placed, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Return and Refund Policy
